Super fun products, great enthusiasm, nice environment and excellent leadership. I can't say enough about how good it is to work for Logitech. After a few months I've gotten a handle on the new tech and steaming ahead. But my manager and other colleagues that have been with the company for decades said that Logitech is really good about guiding people into developing the skills needed for new roles and repurposing teams to keep good employees around. At first I was worried I wouldn't be able to make the switch, it's completely new territory. After many years, I just got put on a new project and working on technology I've never worked with before. I find people in the company genuinely care about others, even take an interest in what they do outside of work. In engineering, we frequently get opportunities to interact with other teams, reach out on Slack or fire up a zoom, collaborate over solving a bug or feature. There's small teams for just about every product. The teams feel like small, nimble units working at a startup. It's the only tech company I've worked for where it seems like the review process is all about leadership. In past years, employees fill out detailed reviews of their managers - but not the other way around. The People Culture reflects his positive influence and values and there is a real focus on management performance all the way down through the organization. Our CEO is one of the best leaders and human beings I've (indirectly) worked for.
